  • Initially drafted by the Bandits in the second round of the 2006 NPF Draft.
  • Re-signed with the Bandits prior to each of the subsequent seasons through the 2010 campaign.
  • Came out of retirement for the first time on Aug. 1, 2011, joining the Bandits for the team’s playoff push.
  • Came out of retirement for a second time ahead of the 2017 NPF season.
  • Extended her contract with the Bandits through the 2018 season on Jan. 22, 2018.


Professional highlights:

  • Appeared in 35 games during the 2017 season and maintained a .286 on-base percentage with nine RBI.
  • Three-time All-NPF infielder with the Bandits.
  • Selected as the league’s Player of the Year twice, with the first honor coming in 2008.
  • Helped the Bandits capture Cowles Cup championships in 2008 and 2011.
  • Named the 2006 NPF Rookie of the Year.

  • Currently works as an assistant softball coach as Eastern Kentucky University.
  • Received a Bachelor’s of Arts in accounting and a Bachelor’s of Science in physics from Iowa, as well as a Master’s of Science in physics from Louisville.
  • Helped guide the U.S. National Team to consecutive gold medal finishes at the World Cup of Softball as well as a silver medal placing at the 2012 World Championships.
