MEDIA SERVICES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
This publication is being prepared to assist the media in its coverage of the Bandits and National Pro Fastpitch (NPF). It is also intended for fans of the Bandits and women’s professional softball to gather information on the team.
For additional information or to order a guide, please contact:
All media attending NPF and Bandits games must wear press/photo credentials. Requests for credentials should be made in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests must be received in the Bandits office at least 24 hours before the requested game date. Credentials will be distributed at the will call window at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. The Bandits reserve the right to refuse any credential request deemed not to be in the best interest of the organization.
Photo credentials will be issued only to accredited photographers on assignment. Video and still photographers may shoot from designated areas located throughout the facility. Special accommodations can be made for photographers interested in shooting outside of these areas, but the Bandits reserve the right to deny any special requests. The Bandits also reserve all commercial and non-commercial rights to the use of film, video and still photographs of its athletes, events and facilities.
The Bandits maintain fax and email lists to distribute regular updates on the team. To be included on these lists, please contact Toni Calmeyn
Interviews with Bandits athletes and coaches must be arranged with the team’s media department. Interview requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested interview date. Bandits players and coaches will be available for postgame interviews after a mandatory 10-minute autograph signing period. Visiting players and coaches will be made available approximately five minutes after the conclusion of the game. Please arrange all postgame interviews with the designated press box staff member.
