Community appearances are an essential part of the Chicago Bandits outreach efforts and provide the team the opportunity to generate a positive impact throughout the Chicagoland area.If you are interested in having a member of the Bandits participate in your event, please review the terms and conditions and submit the below request form.

Due to the demands of travel, work, games and practices, the schedules of Bandits players and coaches are extremely limited. The team will do all it can to accommodate each individual request throughout the current season.

A minimum fee may be required for the appearance. Each appearance must be a minimum of one hour can be no longer than three hours total. Appearances lasting longer than three hours can be negotiated upon request.

The Bandits will follow up with a phone call or email to all requests received. Please allow at least two weeks for processing. The Bandits ask telephone inquiries regarding appearances not be made due to the high volume of requests received. All appearance decisions made by the Bandits are final.

The Chicago Bandits reserve the right to cancel an appearance at any time due to player/coach/mascot/family conflicts, emergencies, illness, traveling conflict, etc.
