College Experience:

  • Signed her first professional contract with the Pennsylvania Rebellion on June 17, 2015.
  • Extended her contract with the Rebellion through the 2017 season in October 2015 before the team folded after the conclusion of the 2016 season.
  • Officially signed with the Bandits as a free agent on Jan. 30, 2017.
2016 SEASON (PA): 
  • Logged 64 innings in the circle for the Rebellion during her second season as a professional, ranking her as the fourth-most utilized arm on the team.
  • Compiled a 3-6 record with four saves while holding a 5.47 ERA.
  • Her 26 appearances led the team, including six starts.
  • Delivered a complete game, one-run performance while striking out five against the USSSA Pride on June 21, 2016 to collect her first win of the season.
2015 SEASON (PA):
  • Managed a 3-4 record in the circle with a respectable 2.60 ERA as a rookie. Also collected three saves.
  • Held opponents to a .278 clip at the plate and allowed just eight extra-base hits in 43 innings of work.
  • Received the win in three consecutive outings between July 14, 2016 and July 31, 2016, including a 4-2 victory over the Bandits in Rosemont.
  • Earned her first career win July 14, 2016 against the Dallas Charge, tossing two shutout innings in a relief performance while not allowing a run or hit.
  • Earned All-American honors twice during her collegiate career (second team – 2014; third team – 2015).
  • Named a three-time All-Big Ten Conference performer while at Michigan.
  • Captured the conference’s Pitcher of the Year and Freshman of the Year Awards in 2012.
  • Delivered a historic senior season as a Wolverine by finishing with a 25-3 record in the circle and an impressive 1.75 ERA and a six-to-one strikeout-to-walk ratio.
  • Sister Kylie played softball at UNLV between 2010-12 and brother Tyler plays baseball at Irvine Valley College.
  • Was enrolled at Michigan in the College of the Literature, Science and the Arts, majoring in general studies.
  • Has a dog named Jake and a tortoise named Speedy.
  • If she wasn’t playing softball, Haylie would be a massage therapist.
