NPF Draftees in NCAA Tournament Regionals

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – NCAA College Softball heads into postseason play today, and many of the 2017 National Pro Fastpitch draftees continue their college careers in search of a national championship. Fans can watch 23 of the 26 draftees during regional play beginning today, and ending on Sunday, May 21.

Another NPF Draftee, M.J. Knighten (Nebraska), became the first 2017 NPF draftee to sign a contract with Scrap Yard Dawgs. Knighten, an NFCA First Team All-American and the No. 25 pick in the draft, is a standout infielder in the Big Ten Conference.

The NPF season opens on June 1, when the Chicago Bandits host the Akron Racers at The Ballpark at Rosemont. That opening game will be followed by the remaining 2017 NPF regular season contests, all featured on NPFTV.
