Bandits accepting applications for 2014 Bat Girl/Bandit for a Day opportunities

ROSEMONT, Ill. – Have you ever dreamed of what it would be like to experience a Bandits game from the dugout, or catch batting practice for the team while they warm up for a game? Then the Bat Girl and Bandit for a Day opportunities are the perfect way for you to live your dream.

The Bandits are now accepting Bat Girl and Bandit for a Day applications for the 2014 season.

Both Bat Girl and Bandit for a Day opportunities are available for all 24 dates on the 2014 schedule.

Bat Girl opportunities are available for $35 and participants will receive an Official Bat Girl t-shirt, opportunity to sit in both home and away team dugouts, a special pre-game introduction on the field and one lower box ticket to the game. Additional tickets may be purchased if needed. The Bat Girl will not need a ticket for the game as they will be sitting in the dugout.

A new addition for the 2014 season is the VIP Bat Girl experience which may be purchased for $50. This experience includes the same perks as the basic Bat Girl package in addition to a photo with the Bat Girls player of their choice before the game along with a commemorative picture frame as well as the opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Acting as a Bandit for a Day, fans will get a taste of what life as a Chicago Bandits player is really like. For $75 this experience includes an Official Bandit for a Day t-shirt, on-field photo with the team after the game, opportunity to shag batting practice for the Bandits, name featured in that night’s game notes, opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch and one lower box ticket to the game. Additional tickets may be purchased is needed as one ticket must be used for the person participating in the Bandit for a Day experience.

Also, new for the 2014 season is the VIP Bandit for a Day experience. This experience includes all of the same perks as the basic Bandit for a Day experience in addition to the chance to take a round of batting practice with the Bandits, lunch with a player before the game, as well as a photo with a player of their choice before the game along with a commemorative picture frame.

All Bat Girl and Bandit for a Day experiences are filled on a first come, first serve basis with slots being filled as soon as the 2013 schedule is released.
